has somebody any experience with the GoToAssist-Software which is used by SSA on the Baan-Support-Site for screen-sharing over the web?
We have a strong policy about net security in our organization and I'm not shure if i should use this because of security reasons.

They can send you a security document describing almost everything about gotoassist, just ask 'em..

I found it to be quite secure..

Also, I believe part of the support contract states that you must provide Baan with some sort of remote access, so its either gotoassist while you're
watching, or hooking up a modem or VPN and letting them connect while you're not..
