I want to create a new company in Baan5, but have no idea how to create,the steps,the parameters....
anyone give help??!!

I know ViFactorum in The Netherlands has a great product for building new companies and copying existing companies in BAAN.
This product is called Company Manager. Basically all the steps you have to do to create a new BAAN company are automated and within 5 minutes you will be all set.

Actually if you read the BaanERP installation manual in the "Post installation processes", there's an instruction on how to set up a business process model that contains extensive step by step flowchart on how to set up a new company in BaanERP. Give it a try!
