Hi,

I'm a dutch graduation student and I'm writing my graduation paper.

I'm trying to write a paper about the config problems of the big ERP systems with the big amount of mappings. Also I want to look into some technical sollutions for decreasing the amount of problems during configuration.

I'm looking for some literature (other papers, books, articles in magazines) what covers my topic. Can anyone help me with basic ERP information and some info about the more specific problem.

Thanks in advance.

Looking forward to Your responds!

I would recommend doing some research on DEM (Dynamic Enterprise Modeller) from Baan. Also look into the hybrid logistics model map that will help answer some of the tools used to configure ERPs.

There are a lot of process maps on SAP's web site too but I am not aware of any specific tools that they use to facilitate the configuration.

Good luck
