This is getting slightly ridiculous in my opinion.
SCO recently started to claim rights on every Unix spin-off there is.
This actually already affects IBM's AIX development, but more seriously, SCO claims to own the rights to Linux.
Now I've been known to claim the rights to Windows on occasion especially at 'last call' time, but nobody ever takes me serious.
Granted, SCO's involvement in unix is significantly larger than my involvement in Windows, but yhou see my point (I hope).
Now, without bothering to wait for annoying details like court rulings, patent pending decissions or wide global discussion, SCO starts selling....LINUX LICENSES!!!
Between arrogance and desperation, SCO still leads in some things, I guess.
