What are most companies implementing Baan on these days? Is it UNIX or is NT beginning to make inroads? I can see NT winning in the small company market but what about the larger implementations?

For smaller entreprises NT/W2k might do but for large environments you should really go for a UNIX system. There is no comparison possible. UNIX rulez :)
