This is regarding generating a load plan for a freight order.
When I try to generate the load plan using session 'fmlbd0280m000(Generate Plan),the message 'No Distance has been defined between addresses X and Y' is displayed.
However,the distance has been defined between the two addresses in the session 'Distance table by Zip code/Postal Code (tccom4538m000).

Please let me know the solution to the above.

In the COM parameters ensure that the parameter 'Usage Distance Tables' is set to either ' By Zip Code' or 'Both , by Zip First'.
