I'm trying to setting Freight Order Management in LN6.1, but I'm facing some problems when doing "Warehouse Receipts"

The error occurs as "Carrier 001 has no transport means group available with matching transport type, combination code or peice unit."

Even if I have checked and maintained all related data in Common Data and Freight Master Data, this error still occurs.

I would like to know that any parameter, data or process needs special set up and aware. Please kindly advise....:)

On Item Freight Data - remove piece unit
On your Transport Means Group - remove "Capacity in Pieces" unit with qty 0

Also in Freight Planning Parameters you can deselect "Check Transport Means Group Availability"

Did you create the orders after you changed the info as changing the info on the item and Transport Means Group does not update the info on the present freight orders?

I maintained data and parameter as your suggestion. After that, I created a new Purchase Order by using the updated Item. After PO created, approved and printed, freight order will be automatically generated.

When I process "Warehouse Receipts", it requires to maintain Carrier, Load and Shipment. When doing "Confirm", the same error shows on...

I have been trying to fix this error about a week, but I still cannot solve it. I have no idea now.

Anyhow, are you using Freight module? Thanks for your kindly help...

Have you planned the freight order and added it to an Actual plan before receiving?

Also Check fmfmd0152m000 for Carrier by Transport Means Group and Number of Means of Transport.
Check Capacity against Transport Means Group

Right now, I can process "Warehouse Receipt" without changing any configuration. I really have no idea WHY?!? Sometimes it works well, sometimes not...
