The means of transport calendar is only of value if you successfuly have generated a freight plan with loads against the specific means of transport. If you go into the 'means of transport' session, highlight a line, and click on the 'calendar' icon, you will be able to see which dates the specific means are occupied - thus unavailable (together with the plan & loads). From the specific menu, the 'load-details' can be viewed.

To change the availability, go to the 'transport means groups' session, highlight a line and click on the 'carriers per transport means group' icon. In the 'transport means groups by carrier' session, you can insert carriers and their available 'number of means of transport' per 'transport means group'. If you change the maximum planning %, it will influence your availibility of vehicles/trucks per day.
