In LN6 , Can I generate Freight Orders from Sales Schedules ( As we can do for sales orders ) ??

However, it is a valid requirement!

It means if we are using Schedule functionality .... we cannot use Freight mgmt ??

I think so

Although not possibly from the sales schedule itself for the related Warehouse Orders it still is possible to create a freight order. Of course that means some time might be lost but it still is possible to use the combination of schedules and freight.
This is much like the situation for Service and Project.
