Has anyone developed a customization or process to handle the following scenario:
In our multi-site environment we are sharing the chart of accounts. One account, for example, may be 120000000. In all companies we want to be able to do journal entries in GL to that account, but do not want AP and AR to use that account when processing credits, invoices etc.
So we want to be able to restrict access to certain accounts by functional area, process etc. but there isn't really a clean way to do this.
