Has anyone setup a YTD column on P&L stmt without having end-users keep changing fixed period 'from and to' in session tffst1102m000 Maintain Statement Column References? We're using Baan IVb2. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

In session tffst1102m000 in the field Var or Fixed Year/period Range select "Variable" as the option. After this in period shift correction in the filed "From" assign the value as -12 and in "To" 0. This will calcualte the YTD for both Debit and Credit column reference transactions of your P & L stmt.
