Transaction type update mode is 'End of Session', when select batches for finalization(tfgld1110m000), there is a lot of selected batch return 'Background process not yet completed', I would like trying to find out what happened, Do you know what is the three process status in field 'back' of tfgld102 :

Non-Process
In Process
Processed

For all transactions there will be a Stage , when to update the Ledger history... if by any chance it is not happend the status of the Background process in tfgld102 will be "not processed".

you can change the flag to "processed" . and finalize the batch.

History will be updated when the Ledger History rebuild done.

If I understand your question correctly. THe background process gets locked and the status is not updated. The process would have been partially processed so the batch gets locked with info that background did not process.

You can use the session invoke background session to release the lock (baan will take care of resetting the status internally)

Incase the system is unable to release this lock, you may have to reset the status in different tables, (I think its tfgld100, tfgld101 which you need to check the affected tables)
