Hi Srilal,

This message is returned from the program tfgld1101 when the user does not have authorization to use the first session in the transaction type definition. (tfgld011.ses1).

It is checked using function tt.session.permission which retrieves, from data dictionary, the start and end time that the user has permission to a specified session.

I suppose it is best you show the problem and my answer to a system administrator / programmer.

I'm not a techie, but if this is impacting all users and only if system date is 1/1/2003 or later, it sounds suspiciously similar to a login issue discussed in earlier this month.

If it's not just a case of obviously expired permissions, see if the following thread: http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?threadid=8269&highlight=login+OR+logon provides any ideas.

Have you checked in Maintain Chart of Accounts if the account associated with that transaction type is blocked from 01012003 on?
