Hi all, when I tried to insert a record for 2003, it gives me a message "Last Used Batch Number by Year not found", am I missing something here? What should I do....... Please help...

did you check tfgld014 to make sure that there was a record inserted/updated for 2003? We ran into a problem due to a customized interface and had to manually update the table, but once we did so, we could finalize ok.

it should automatically be updated - not sure why it didnt in your case. What version are you on?

just inrease the run no. by 1... it happens in rare cases.. but doesn't harm in any way.....
