I am trying to run the session tfgld6205m000 - Archive / Purge finance transaction to archive finance data. I am facing problem inputing the year. Whatever year I input, system gives the error "Invalid fiscal year".



Please help.

Note : We have setup history company properly. And I can able to archive finance integration trasactions.

The program give the error message if

input year >= tfgld004.year (Current Fiscal Year) - tfgld003.sdat ( Store data for X years)

as the post by Juergen shows you need to set the Store data for X years field. This can be done in session maintain group company parameters e.g

if your current year is 2002 assuming 2001 has been completely closed. then if the Store data for X years is set to 1 then you can archive years before 2001.
