While processing finalization run it shows following errors in Infor ERP 10.4

1. Background process not yet completed.
2. Batch status is 'In Use': no auditing

Can you anyone explain how can we rectified these errors?

Hi,

You might need to Invoke the background process manually through a standard session for the batch which is in use. Once that is done, the background process sequence number is updated in table tfgld102. You can then go ahead and finalize the batch.
