I want to export BaaN data to Hyperion. I found session tfgld3204m00 with which I hope to able to do so.

Is there any documentation about this session, or can anyone tell how to use it?

If you go into the session and then go to the help pull down and select 'using session' you will get a fairly decent description of what the session does.
We opted to write our own custom sql job to extractthe data from baan.

I found the manual through our BaaN-partner, and I am already configuring the system in my test environment.

hi all i want to export and import data to/from maximo and baan4c4.
somebody has any idea how to go about it.

i would advise the best way is to write an extract program in BaaN based on Hyperion cube. This way one has the flexibility to make changes if required.

Further , the extract program would anyways be required for dimension building in Hyperion..

The staging activity can be done in BaaN or some external database...
