i am getting an error log during my process of deprn. calculations for some fixed assets

i could see the error log file stating that err. no. 99 and Fixed percentage not filled as the error description.

in maintain fixed asset depreciation data the percentage of Fixed % of base value is found for all the fixed assets and the deprn. is calculated for almost all assets but for a few

could anyone explain what could be the reason
