we have activated a new mapping scheme in new company and first integration error message as follows;

'mapping scheme details not found for document type xxxxxxxxx in active mapping scheme'

this document type is in the mapping scheme so unsure why we have received this error?

this error will appear when we didn't setup the IDT in mapping .
please check which transaction has triggered this IDT .
sometimes , when user perform transaction out of setting, this error message will prompt.
