Can any one suggest weather we should create an Employee as Business Partner or Dimensions. Particularly we require to reports pertaining to expense management, Timesheets and payment thru payment wizards.
What are the benefits of doing so?

it is good to define employees as BP as you can track expenses, advances, payments etc....anyhow you can have a separate BP group for them with different ledger accounts
