We have been running multi-finance with single logistic for many years. It is possible for us to convert to run single finance & single logistic?

I don't think you can change the setting from multiple-finance to become single finance, unless you setup a completely new company code to do that.

A possible way is to keep the current setting, and restrict the users to use only one finance company from now on. Then you need to change the finance company code for each warehouse and work center through ttaad4100, and enter finance transactions to move balance to the finance company left.

For audit trail purpose , im suggesting
> complete integration posting between Logistic & Finances company for current data
> Finalized transaction
> Create new company for Finance & Logistic
> Carry opening balance from Finances to Finance and Logistic
> Ensure new logistic point to new finance
> Setting in enterprise complete to support the system
> Encourage to do simulation with multi scenario to ensure you comply with operation requirements
