One of our customers using LN 10.2.1.
Because they use IDR and USD in transactions, so when they want to close period there is an imbalance of IDR 0.01.
We have asked Infor support and the only way to solve it is through GTM.

Is GTM the only solution?
This is the weakness of LN and perhaps Baan 5.0 also.

Consultants have tried but problem not solved.
We posted incident at inforxtreme portal and the support consultant used GTM to make correction.

Yes GTM is the only solution and is also the only solution given by Infor. We also have faced same issues with IDR/USD (Multi-currency) setup, period closing and always same solution provided by Infor
