What are your experiences with accounts receivable 360 session. Do you recommend that credit controllers use accounts receivable 360 in LN 10.3 or a third party bespoke package for debt chasing ?

I think the 'Reminder Diary by Credit Analyst' (tfacr3135m000) in combination with the ACR 360 session is a good starting point.

Please note, from LN 10.4.2 (CE) onwards a totally new 'Credit Collector Workbench' session (tfacr3609m000 and tfacr3607m000)) is introduced to better support the credit collecting process.
