We got an error message while run rebuild opening balance/history from transaction

" Error 111- No record found on tfgld205172 (max retries (10) exceeded"
Cannot continue in tfgld3202m000 (delete.ledger.and dimension history table.(commit.transaction)"

This problem happened at 1 ledger (1381025) for period 10 only. When I go to ledger history (period 10), the period range amount become zero but when look into finalized transaction, the data is there.

Need help.

session tfgld3202m000 is specific to rebuilding parent dimensions and table tfgld205 normally populated for transactions sublevel 0 and no parent dimension available instead use tfgld3203m000 and check mark rebuild parent dimension. if not necessary don't include rebuild opening balance. kindly check this if this is appropriate for your requirements.
