Hi all,

I got problem in our BAAN IV c4 implementation that i can't get any customer address information in the printed reminder whatever we defined in tfacr3120m000 (maintain reminder metholds). So it would be difficult to distingish cusotmers in the printed reminder.
Would someone please help?

normally you enter the adress data as variables ($nama) in the text of the reminder (tfacr3100m000).

Did you do that?

Create header text, options---> start zoomsession, you can select the function you wanted.
