How can we record the result of stock taking (cycle counting) to GL in BAAN IV?
Use integration transactions in inventory? But i havent found a transaction type "stock taking"

Although it is a cycle count, you're working in inventory. I believe you'll find the combination is:
Transaction Origin = Warehouse Order
Financial Transaction = Inventory Adjustment.

Scott is correct - the integration transaction that posts cycle counts is the combination Warehouse Order/Inventory Adjustment. You can tell the difference between ones generated via cycle count and ones generated from the maintain inventory transactions session by the order number - cycle count orders carry their own series.
