Do we have to run "Recalcuate open entries for ACP and ACR"
in a week freqency? What are the reasons to run this session.
For running this session, should we in Single user Mode. How much time it will take in general.

It's probably a good idea to run the session before reporting on your monthly figures.

Many things can cause the balances to be out. If you have problems with a batch and use correction programs or GTM to fix the problems the balances won't be updated correctly.
