Dear Experts,
I would like to know it's possible to do soft close even if some integration transactions are exist on mapping error status.
In our case system allow us to do soft close even some integration transactions are exist on mapping error status.

Hello,
the minute an integration is created it finds the right period according to the period status at that particular moment. So even if there is a mapping error it will not change the period at the moment.

I think system shouldnt allow you to close periods for INT if any integration transaction pending to post, exists. You may check with Infor Support if any solution exists for this issue.

The integration periods can be closed at any time no matter if the it is posted or not. As I already said the periods will be defined the second the transaction is created.
