Do we have a report or a way to differentiate service invoices with non-service invoice in Ageing analysis report?

Or is there any other way to achieve the same?

Did you mean sales invoices from service module and non service module?
If so, you can use different transaction type.

Using different transaction types for service and non service invoice is one of the ways. However aging analysis can not be printed by transaction types.
In such case either you may use session tfacr2421m000 or use the customer statement method/layout
