Our Financial Period Just Ended At 31 August 2011, May I Know How To Duplicate The Previous 2011 Fiscal, Reporting And Tax Period Into New Year 2012.

Just use the "Group" menue Option "Duplicate" then mark the first then the last record (period) and add it to the new fy - do that for all period types, done !

Thanks for your help, but why only 6 periods copied and the rest was skipped by the system.

You need to select all periods that is 1st record to last record while selection. It seems you have selected only 6 records as displyed on form. drag down and select upto last record then insert.
