We have a problem when add new rates, messages view as {"Rate ca not be added, because cost calculation o time is done after the date entered.

Why the error occures.

How to resolving this matter, pls we need solusions ASAP.

Hi Iwan,

I think you are creating a rate for back date. In that case, system will give you a same error massage.
To resolve this issue create rate in current date or use GTM.
