Can anyone help me how to enter the opening balance for:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Inventory
Other General Ledger Accounts

Opening inventory balances get updated when doing a cycle count. Put the opening balance in a contra account updated by the cycle count and that balance will be reduced and the inventory account will be updated. If importing inventory balances use the cycle count as well, import balances into the cycle count table and the process the cycle count. All of the proper tables will be updated and this is the safest way to bring in new balances.
