Hi,
I want do define 13. period at tfgld0105m00 session. It gives out a message that periods cannot exceed 12. I understand that I should change the number of periods at tfgld0501m000 session but there is no authorisation to change the period field. it is disabeled.

Is there anyone who can give me any advice?

Can you check, how many period is defined in group company parameter?
if this is 12 then system will not allow you to create 13 period.

If your system is new implemented, just delete all the periods, and change the number of the periods in the session tfgld0501m000 to be 13;

Otherwise, you should change the value form 12 to 13 via GTM, and add all the 13th periods in all fiscal years.
