Dear Sir,

While run `Automatic Balancing of profit and loss accounts (tfgld6202m000), warning error showing i.e. "Invaild period for all modules".
( Attached screen shot; pl. refer Doc1.doc)

Before this consider above session, I followed steps as a below -

1.Soft closed period except GLD modules from 01-12 for Fiscal/Reporting
through tfgld0107m000. And also for TAX module from 01-04.
2. Keep as open for 13 period (Correction) for all modules for Fiscal/Reporting.

Sir, Pl. guide me ASAP.

This error is telling you that either the fiscal, reporting, or tax period does not have a status of "OPEN" for the period(s) you have specified to post the resulting financial intergration transaction batch.

As you have mentioned that TAX period 1-4 are soft closed.

Tax period also should be open while running auto balancing. Pl. open last period of TAX for all modules and run session

Hi,

GLD module needs to be open only in the last period (in your case, the correction period) for fiscal, reporting & tax. Rest all periods should be closed.
