Hello,

I am defining a budget in the FBS module and maintained budget for ledger account and dimension, but to my surprise I found that few of the records with a combination of Ledger and dimension are appearing automatically in the session "Maintain Budgets amount with Actual and Comparison Data - tffbs1102m000 "
I haven't maintained budget for such account with that particular dimension.

When I tried to change/delete this information, I am getting a message "These records are created by the system for sublevels"

Can anyone help me to understand as what logic system is using for creating budget of these ledger accounts and dimensions.

System was generating budget for the parent level of dimension as well.

Please check Controlling Parameters where check box must be selected for Automatiacally Rebuild sublevel for Static Budget.
