I get the following error message when trying to close year
"Total Debit/Credits not in balance debits = 987813008 credits= -987813008"

what can this refer to? as the figures are the same.

I have run the ledger rebuild but it has not changed anything

have you run the session tfgld3203m000 for rebuild. Ensure that no one is logged on to the system.

If you have run the above session the try executing session tfgld3410m000 to find any differences on the finalised document balances.

Also check that you have the latest patches loaded for the close year session.

check with session tfgld3401m000.
