I am trying to understand the meaning of the field tfgld482.obre ( Business Object Reference).

For example as the attachment shown, there is 10/0/4/4/0 in this field. How to get the meaning of reference from sales order shipment integration transaction? I suppose that 10 is the line no and 4 stands for the inventory transaction sequence. But I am not sure with it.
