During the steps Assign Bank to Payment (tfcmg1251m000), there are a column called Bank Balance.

May I know how Baan calculate this field ? Is there a table storing this information ?

Not sure but in baan IV bank balances for bank relations are calculated from ledger history of contra account of transaction type linked to banks relation. It should be no different in baan V . Check it out .

In baan IV bank balances for bank relations are calculated from ledger history (tfgld201/3) of contra account of transaction type (tfgld011) linked to banks relation (tfcmg001) .
