I met with a problem which sounds strange to me. Would you please teach me?

We use Baan Ivc4, project control under Manuafature Module.

Question 1: I have a customized item which is produced by production order 100000, 10000 status is closed, material issue is correct(both quantity and material cost is not zero), but this customized item actual cost price zero.

Is it an abnormal thing of baan? In my knowledge, if a production order is closed, I can get the final item actual cost...

What is wrong with baan? Or I am lack of knowledge of this issue??

Question 2: Why I can not find production order 10000 in “Display Integration Transaction by Project/Order” either with project code or without? This production order is use four customized items to produce one final customized item.

I have find out the answer.
This normal, not strange in BaanIVc4. If a production order is made by customized item, the production order will not display in “Display Integration Transaction by Project/Order", and will not have cost...because the cost is defined when purchase(material cost)...

This is not good to explain, I wa confused and puzzled then.

PLease run session tipcs3250m000 - Calculate cost Price by Project with perform Actual Cost = Yes.

I guess Integration Transactions will trigger. You may need to search based on the Project No.
