We are currently implementing LN6.1 FP5.

New submodule, Business Interface Adapter in found in the Finance.
We could not find any help or documentation from Infor website.

Does anyone know what is module for and how it is use?

This module is released via solutions on top of FP5. That is the reason why you probbaly do not have any help on those sessions.
This module, together with the tcbod module, is used for the SOA connectivity. So if you want to use MyDay or Infor Decicions then here the required setup needs to be done.
