Is there a way to find out who has calculated cost price on a particular date other than audit information? Please advise.

I don't think there is a record of who has run the record, but here is what you can probaby do- If there was change in cost and there was inventory or any other revaluation done, then you either check in device queue or check in gld410 tables.
If there was no revaluation generated and the cost simply got changed then I don't think there is any other table that keeps that record
