Hi ..

While finalizing the balance sheet for year 2008-2009, we found that there is a difference of 62000 between trial balance debtors and ageing debtors(tfacp2420m000) totals.

Would please any body let me know how to find out which debtor figure is correct? How to trace the difference?

Control a/c check list will report difference between GL and open items . Rectifying this difference and rebuild GL (gld3203) /rebuild open item (acp2245) if needed , will eliminate the difference .
