Are there any supplier & customer balance confirmation reports readily available in Baan IV, which we can send to supplier / customer for confirming balances.

Please guide.

For customers you can print the customer statements, where you may select different kinds of info (need to setup first).
For suppliers, run the print supplier transactions (details). this is the best of the standard reports
