Hi,
Why we prefer GL Account Matching. What is the purpose behind GL Account matching. In which report it is beneficial.

Hi dhawan
I am explaning with one example,
1. Comapny giving advance to it employees after expeses is booked & advance need to knoked off.
2. We can also use this functionality to interim a/c bcz this a/c should be knocked off.
GL account matching feature is used to knock off these entries in the same ledger.
Ensure that the ledger account has Matching enabled in chart of accounts.

Now I understand functionality of GL Account Matching I tested in staging. I can see that Transaction lines disappeared from session tfgld1516m000 GL Account Matching -Manually. Whether these Transaction lines will disappear from any statndard report like Print Finalized Transactions etc.or any other report.
