In the financial integrations of Baan V there is a possibility to use External package as a Transaction origin. I suppose this can be used when interfacing between XXXXX and Baan V. Does anyone has some information about this, how to use this ?

In Baan IV , this combination allows the posting of purchase invoice to finance . If 3rd party app populates tfgld410/2/8 tables in a manner similar to sales / sales invoice , u can be able to post the same as purchase invoice and supplier balance will get updated .
