Hi Expert

I having a problem to finalized batch number due to the following error "batch in used or being finalized". The status of trnsaction is ready but the icon of finalisation is dim. When i try to view the transaction the system generate the such error mesage and i also unbale to finalised the transaction. That bath number does not apper in batch intteruption for me to reset the batch number.

Please advise.

And Which type of thetransaction in the Batches?
