Hi,

Does anyone has the JV import exchange scheme? We need to import monthly payroll journals into the system.

We are unable to find the exchange scheme in the Infor support website and also our technical people did not import the demo company into the database.

Thank you.

Regards,

W.Peng

Hi,

You can import data to database through exchange scheme in Erp Ln (Tool-integration tools-Exchange). We have used journal import exchange scheme in erp ln . Our table is tfgld013 (transaction schedule), first we make excel file for relate table and import data to database after create transaction form schedule to journal transaction type.

Hi Dinushi,

Thanks for the reply.

What I am looking is the exchange scheme format that is in the demo company. By using the exchange scheme you will be able to import journals into LN and you will be able to see the imported transactions in Imported Journals sessions. Then it will allow you to post the transactions and a batch will be created.

Do you have the format of the exchange scheme?

Hi thang,

Yes, we managed to import our journal files.

You will need to download the solution 224291 from the infor website and install the solution into your server. This solution will give you the exchange scheme needed for import journal.

After we have loaded the data in tfgld013, and finalised the batch.
How do we delete the 'transaction schedule' records once we do not want them to be active anymore.?

Thanks,

Cyril.
