On a production order, if I change the estimate on an operation in production planning (operation) to zero prior to freezing the estimates and then charge labor hours, Baan posts this delta (est. v. actual) as Labor Rate Variance when the production order closes. For this same scenario, if the estimated time anything other than zero, Baan considers this delta as Labor Efficiency Variance.

This seems like a flaw, this is clearly labor inefficiency in both cases. Is anyone else noticing this?
