Hi,

I received the error message below whenever I tried to save the ACP Parameters after making changes.

" Table tfacp240 (Order Data for Approval) is shared with company 500 but company 500 is not part of the Financial Group of Company 500."

I cannot save the changes at all. This company 500 is a finance and logistic company. I do not know what need to be setup.

Any ideas.

Hi there,

In what company are you changing the ACP parameters? If that company is also company 500, then probably your table with financial companies per group company is not correctly filled. So please have a look at table tfgld001 and see if your company 500 is present there.
You can use session tfgld0501m000 and then through specific command start session "Financial Companies by Group Company".

Yes you are right as I only set up one company for logistic and financial company which is 500.

When I go specific to start the session "Financial Companies by Group Company", it is blank. However, it does not allow me to insert new record as the new button is grey out. Any idea where to maintain this?

Hi there,

On the financial side you always need to maintain the group company parameters and the company parameters (see GLD - Master Data). If you do that the first time then in the financial company parameters the group company field is editable. While saving the company parameters, the table tfgld001 should be inserted automatically.
