I have following structure.

300 - Group Company
303 - Site A with its own distribution and finance setup
304 - Site B with its own distributioin and finance setup

Should transaction type table (tfgld011) should be shared among the companies 303 & 304? Right now the table is shared but due to which I am facing problems in closing financial year for individual companies. The problem is new batches with integration transactionis are created but Document history is not getting updated as transacation already exist there for earlier year..

For example when i close year 2006 for 303, one INT/30400002 is created but when i check document history for above transaction, the above transaction was already creatd for another company ie 304..

Would any body pl guide me in this..

Are you sharing tfgld017 -TransactionType Series and tfgld018-Document History? These should not be shared.

Thanks for your reply.. I am not sharing tfgld017 but I am sharing tfgld018. After reading your post, I have removed the sharing of tfgld018. Would you please let me know what tables should be shared in above setup? I have distribution and finance module implemented.

You should be able to get this information from Infor. I do not know all the tables.
